I grew up swimming competitively and playing soccer. After college working out was really sporadic for me and was mainly globo-gym style, which did not meet the needs I had around community. I started CrossFit in 2012 when I moved to Lubbock Texas and fell in love. I love the community and how adaptable the workouts are to all phases of life- during maintenance phases, bikini competition prep, pregnancy and now postpartum I can relate to many experiences in and out of the gym.
I believe in the power of small behavior shifts every day to create major transformation over time. This makes fitness and nutrition more fun, manageable and sustainable, and less intimidating. My passion is to create a safe space for all levels of athletes who have varying goals to come together and accomplish what they never knew was possible. My focus as a coach is to help transform the whole human focusing on fitness, nutrition and mindset.
